Section 8.                      Other Events

 
The Board of Directors authorized the issuance of an extraordinary dividend of one (1) common share for every four (4) shares of common stock currently held as of the Record Date of May 2, 2008.  The Payment Date will be July 1, 2008, at which time such dividend shall be duly issued. The company will round up any fractional share to the nearest whole share.
