On December 17, 2013, 3M Company issued two press releases announcing (i) that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2014, and (ii) that the Company will provide an update to its five-year (2013-17) plan and introduce its 2014 outlook at a meeting with institutional investors and analysts today (attached hereunder as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference).
