On March 1, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of STAG Industrial, Inc. (the Company), after review of the Companys and the officers 2012 performance, increased the annual base salaries of Benjamin S. Butcher, the Companys Chief Executive Officer and President, Gregory W. Sullivan, the Companys Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Stephen C. Mecke, the Companys Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Kathryn Arnone, the Companys Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and David G. King, the Companys Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Operations, to $500,000, $300,000, $300,000, $275,000 and $265,000, respectively, effective January 1, 2013.
