Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

 

 

As previously reported, at ACNB Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 3, 2011, and in accordance with the Board of Director’s recommendation, the shareholders voted, on a non-binding basis, to recommend holding an advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company’s Named Executive Officers on an annual basis. Therefore, the Board of Directors has determined to include an advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company’s Named Executive Officers on an annual basis.
