ARCADIS:  EXPECTED IMPACT SALE OF CARBON CREDITS MORE THAN € 3 MILLION

 

Arnhem, The Netherlands, April 6, 2006 –Following the earlier announcement today regarding the sale of carbon credits by Biógas, ARCADIS (NASDAQ: ARCAF, EURONEXT: ARCAD) announces that the Company expects that, based on current information, the expected effect of this transaction on ARCADIS will be more than € 3 million. This effect will be spread over 2006 and 2007, based on the contractual delivery terms for the carbon credits.
