Item 8.01 Other Events

 

       In September, New York & Company, Inc. made the following organizational changes within the Design department:

 

The Company hired a Director of Color, Trend and Concept reporting to Richard P. Crystal, Chairman and CEO of New York & Company, Inc.  The Vice Presidents of Design also began reporting to Richard P. Crystal at that time.
