On July 17, 2003, Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it completed the merger of its existing operations in Cleveland with Solon, Ohio based Custom Graphics, Inc.to form AGS Custom Graphics, Inc..  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
