ITEM  7. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
 
On December 17, 2009, Citizens First Corporation (“Citizens”) issued a press release announcing its progress in implementing the profitability improvement initiatives that were previously announced in October, and commenting on the withdrawn tender offer commenced by Porter Bancorp, Inc. in October.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
