Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“Treasury”), together with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced the completion of all transactions under the recently-introduced state and local Housing Finance Agency (HFA) Initiative, a key element of the Obama Administration’s Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan. A copy of the press release issued by Treasury is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, and is incorporated herein by reference.
