Preparation of 43-101 Report for TSX Listing Application
U.S.
Energy Corp. has published a press release announcing engagement of a
Denver-based consulting firm to review drill hole and other data for the Lucky
Jack project in Colorado. A NI 43-101 report will be prepared by the
firm and utilized in connection with the company’s anticipated application for
listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
