Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 10, 2007, William W. Lovette and Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Company”) mutually agreed he would no longer serve as the Company’s Senior Group Vice President, Poultry and Prepared Foods, and as of October 10, 2007 Mr. Lovette is no longer an executive officer of the Company.
